This post targets those individuals who would like premium with a good price factor. So lets look at all the Budget Android Big Screen Mobiles below and see which one stands out.
1. MICROMAX A116 CANVAS HD [RS.15,000/-]
This phone caught everyone by surprise. Micromax had started to create a new fan following with the Micromax Canvas and the announcement of the Micromax Canvas HD created quite a buzz in India. The Micromax Canvas HD is priced at Rs. 15,000/- but due to stock issues you might have to shell out some extra cash.
2. BYOND PHABLET III [RS.12,699/-]
The Byond Phablet III was a surprise entry in this list. A fairly new brand, but has not wasted time to create an impact in the market. With a 6 inch screen, the Byond Phablet III is here to make an impression. Available at Rs.12,699/- but can be bought cheaper at street rates.

Another one from the stables of Intex, the Intex Aqua Style is a whooping 5.9 screen Ice Cream Sandwich Mobile. Priced at just Rs.11,200/- this device can be purchased at many avenues.6. LAVA XOLO A1000 [RS.13,999/-]
Here comes one of my favorites the Lava Xolo A1000. This phone has a 720p and claims to be in comparison with the Micromax Canvas HD. The built quality too does not look cheap. The Lava Xolo A1000 is priced at Rs.13,999/- and can be purchased online.7. SWIPE MTV VOLT [RS.12,999/- ]
The MTV Volt is a 6 inches Jelly Bean Mobile or you can call it a Phablet, which is built with the collaboration with Swipe and MTV. Targeted at the youth of today the MTV Volt is priced at just Rs.12,999/-.

Another Massive mobile or Phablet from Byond, the Byond PII is a 5.7 inch Jelly Bean device with a 720p HD resolution. Priced at Rs.14,999/-, the Byond PII could be the closest competitor to the Micromax Canvas HD.10. UMI X2 [RS.14,000/-]
UMI X2 is a power house of a device from the house of UMI. Planned to be launched on 15th March 2013 in India, this device is packed with high-end specifications like quad-core processor, Jelly Bean etc. which would make even the premium Rs.20,000/- and above phones look like a toy in front of it. The design looks very much similar to the leaked image of the Samsung Galaxy SIV but the device claims to have its own identity. Priced at just Rs. 14,000/-, this device is sure value for money.
5.0 inches 1920×1080 IPS Retina Screen with Gorilla Glass 2 Display and full HD resolution with 441 ppi
These Budget Android Big Screen Mobiles have some great features and are at a great price too and should definitely not be overlooked. These Mobiles have definitely threatened the market share of the international brands like Samsung who is also trying its level best to compete with these devices. One very good example is the Samsung Galaxy Grand which was believed to be launched to give competition to these Budget Android Big Screen Mobiles. Whatever may be the case, the true winner here is definitely the consumers in India
